Driver screenYour drivers open a link on their phone. They see the ready orders, take theirs, launch directions in Google Maps or Waze and confirm the delivery on the spot. You know who delivers what and how much cash each one owes you. Nothing to install, included in the Premium plan.
When a delivery order is ready, you set it to "Ready" as usual, from the live orders view, the kitchen screen or the mobile app. It instantly shows up in your drivers' "To take" tab. The first one to tap "I'll take it" gets it: it moves to their runs and disappears for the others. They leave with "Directions", call the customer with one tap if needed, and mark the order "Delivered" once handed over.
💡 Every order shows the address in large type, the building, floor, door code, the customer's note and above all what to collect: "Paid online" in green, or "Cash €23.50" in orange. No more back-and-forth to the counter.

In your account, the Drivers page shows for each driver their runs in progress, their delivered orders and what they owe you: cash, card payments on delivery, meal vouchers. Orders paid online are not included, they are already in your account. In the live orders view, every taken order shows the driver's name.
📍 No live GPS tracking, on purpose: it would need an installed app, drain the driver's battery, and tracking an employee's location is heavily regulated. Knowing who took which order and what has been delivered is enough to run the shift.

No. It is a web page opened from a personal link, on iPhone and Android. Drivers can add it to their home screen to open it like an app. Nothing to download from a store, nothing to update. The screen follows the language of the phone: English, French, Spanish, German or Italian.
In your account, you add the driver by first name. You get a link (with a QR code) and a 4-digit code to send by text or WhatsApp. The driver opens the link, types the code, and is ready. They stay signed in from one shift to the next.
