A till that does not live in its own corner
Most restaurants keep two menus in parallel: the one in the till and the one on the ordering site. One price change and they drift apart. OrdraPOS reads your OrdraFood menu directly.
One menu to maintain
Categories, items, variations and add-ons come straight from your online menu. Edit a price in your account and it applies at the counter and on your ordering page at once.
Service continues offline
The till runs locally on the device. If the router dies on a Friday night you keep taking payments, and syncing picks up on its own when the connection returns.
The right VAT rate, automatically
The rate is resolved item by item, using the same logic as your online orders. Dine-in, takeaway or delivery, the breakdown stays consistent across both channels.
Counter and floor terminals
The role is chosen on the first screen, not at download time. The counter keeps payments and the end-of-day close; floor tablets take orders and send them to the counter.
Your receipt, your layout
The receipt template is configured from your OrdraFood account and applies to your printouts, so you get a readable ticket rather than raw output.
Z reports kept off the till
Every Z report is uploaded to your OrdraFood account. If the counter PC dies, your records are somewhere else entirely.
