How does the loyalty program work?
You define the rule - for example, a reward every 5 orders - and the discount it triggers. The customer is recognised by the email used at checkout: on the Nth order, the reward applies automatically. No stamped card, no app, nothing for your staff to check.
Does the customer have to create an account?
No. Orders placed with the same email address count towards the same tally. The customer just orders as usual - the page tells them when their reward applies.
What kind of reward can I offer?
A percentage or a fixed amount off the qualifying order. You choose the threshold and the value, and whether it repeats (every 5 orders) or applies once.
Why not just use marketplace promotions?
On a marketplace, the customer file belongs to the platform - you cannot recognise or reward your own regulars. On your own ordering channel, loyalty rewards YOUR customers, and every one of their orders is commission-free.
Is loyalty the only marketing tool included?
No. The same promotions engine covers promo codes, automatic discounts, happy hour and buy-one-get-one offers. Loyalty is one rule among them - they can be combined with your own exclusivity settings.
